Chief Technology Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Technology Officer based in Canada.

• This is a strategic technology leadership role responsible for shaping and executing a long-term technology vision aligned with business priorities.
• You will lead engineering, architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, QA, and technology modernization initiatives across the organization.
• The role combines executive leadership with deep technical oversight, driving scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS platforms.
• You will champion AI, automation, and emerging technologies to create meaningful product innovation and competitive advantage.
• Working closely with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and executive leadership, you will ensure technology investments deliver measurable business and customer value.
• You will also strengthen engineering culture, improve delivery predictability, reduce technical debt, and build high-performing technical teams.
• Success will be measured through stronger innovation, platform reliability, engineering effectiveness, security, and cross-functional alignment.
