City Head

We're looking for an experienced and visionary City Head to lead our operations in Hyderabad, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing our organization as a market leader in the region. The ideal candidate will combine decisive leadership with a motivational approach, fostering a culture of excellence while delivering measurable business results.

• •Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets for the Hyderabad region
• •Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development opportunities
• •Oversee budget management, financial planning, and P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
• •Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and drive business development initiatives to expand market share
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and government agencies
• •Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards across all city operations
• •Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to optimize operational performance
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other regional leaders to align strategies and share best practices
• •Represent the organization in community and industry forums, enhancing brand visibility and reputation
• •Drive organizational change initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• •8-12 years of progressive leadership experience in a corporate environment
• •Minimum 5 years of experience managing city-level or regional operations with P&L responsibility
• •Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
• •Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
• •Excellent team leadership and people management skills with ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• •Strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• •Strong business development and sales acumen with experience in revenue growth
• •Knowledge of the local Hyderabad market, business environment, and regulatory landscape (preferred)
• •Experience in change management and organizational transformation (preferred)
• •Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools (preferred)
• •Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• •Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
