  • What you will do:
  • We are looking for a Claims Performance Specialist to join our Claims team and help drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring claims activity, identifying trends and patterns, generating actionable insights, and recommending improvements to processes, controls, monitoring capabilities, and automation opportunities. This role combines claims understanding with strong analytical thinking and a passion for turning data into meaningful business improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly data savvy, naturally curious, and comfortable challenging assumptions through evidence and analysis.

Your day-to-day:

· Monitor claims activity, operational performance, and flagged cases.

· Analyze claims data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

· Produce reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support decision-making.

· Recommend improvements to controls, monitoring frameworks, automation, and claims processes.

· Generate insights that enhance customer experience, service quality, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

· Demonstrates strong data literacy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Identifies trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

· Interprets metrics, dashboards, and multiple data sources while understanding their limitations.

· Translates complex findings into practical recommendations and actions.

· Has a continuous improvement mindset and challenges the status quo.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Basic knowledge of insurance operations and/or claims management.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.

· Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and insight-generation tools.

· Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Insurance, Claims, Operations, process improvement, or automation initiatives.

· Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, process mining, or machine learning.
