As Clinic Medical Director, you’ll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team. What Makes You a Great Fit

DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado)

5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience

Strong organizational & strategic skills – You’re comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes

A visionary mindset – You’re excited about changing the status quo in veterinary care

Bonus Points: experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals

What You’ll Do

Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting the standard for patient care across the Sploot network

Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every patient gets top-tier care

Mentor, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers

Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both pets and people thrive
