Position Responsibilities:

• •Conducting biopsychosocial assessments to determine appropriate level of care for the patient.
• •Collaborating with outpatient providers.
• •Understand and present acuity, rationale for continued stay, treatment goals and discharge criteria.
• •Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
• •Provide support to the team when needed.
• •Maintain ongoing communication with the treatment team.
• •When needed, obtain current information on each patient’s clinical progress from various sources and present complete and appropriate clinical information to managed care companies.

Requirements

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

• •Master's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling or Social Work required.
• •PA provisional or associate licensed in the social services field (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC), full or independent licensure preferred.
• •Experience working with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred.
• •Current credentialing with managed care panels highly desired.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
