As a clinic - based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs . Treatment is compassionate , child led and nat uralistic . A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop exceptional plan of care

Code for services while adhering to compliance standards

Document appropriately and efficiently

Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other healthcare professionals

Maintain a safe clinic environment

Drive the success of the clinic

Create a positive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Graduate from an accredited BCBA Program

Proof of current or pending state licensure / certification in respective state (with completion of 8-hour supervision training)

Preferred 1 year+ of experience working with children

Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner

Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
