Clinical Program Supervisor- MOMs

Description

WORK DESCRIPTION :Responsible for the overall function of assigned program, direct supervision of counselor staff, and clinical treatment of assigned patient charts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• •Maintenance of daily program structure and staffing pattern.
• •Facilitate weekly staff meeting and develop meeting agenda to be submitted to Coordinator/Assistant Clinical Director for review.
• •In conjunction with Clinical Director, Assistant Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Coordinator maintain and/or enhance programmatic goals and objectives.
• •Identify staff training needs and provide training as needed.
• •Monitor and complete required reporting forms relevant to staff performance, staff attendance and staff evaluations.
• •Monitor counselor maintenance of patient charts for adherence to Haymarket Center’s Quality Assurance standards and clarity of documentation of patient’s progress in treatment.
• •Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document for each patient in attendance.
• •Oversee case management, referral and referent contact services provided by counselors.
• •Provide direct clinical treatment to assigned patients in a manner which meets Haymarket Center’s Quality Assurance standards and is clear in its documentation of patient’s progress in treatment.
• •Monitor medication self-administration procedures and staff documentation of medications dispensed

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• •Master’s Degree required.
• •3 years prior clinical supervisory experience
• •CADC and or clinical licensure required (LSW/LPC)
• •Knowledge of and ability to perform all “Core Functions”.
• •Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
