Clinical Support Nurse

• The Clinical Support Nurse will provide essential clinical and administrative support to a remote healthcare team during weekends, holidays, and periods of increased patient volume.
• You will help ensure laboratory results, pharmacy communications, referrals, and patient follow-ups are handled accurately and efficiently.
• The role combines strong clinical judgment with organized documentation, care coordination, and communication across a multidisciplinary team.
• You will work closely with physicians, Physician Assistants, Clinical Associates, Patient Care Coordinators, and referral staff to maintain continuity of care.
• This position offers flexible scheduling in a fully remote environment, with opportunities to contribute across evening, daytime, weekend, and holiday coverage.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and using digital healthcare and collaboration tools.
