Clinical Support Specialist - Bucharest

Work Flexibility: Field-based

What you will do:

• •Providing Customer care support for physicians, surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement
• •Organizing and conducting training workshops with participation from surgical & theatre staff
• •Helping initiate and drive theatres and patient pathway efficiencies for the benefit of the customer
• •Working closely with other team members within the defined region, and the National Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class
• •Auditing theatre and hospital stock (implants, disposables and instruments) – managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation
• •Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solution
• •Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment as required
• •Planning, executing and monitoring all measures necessary to help achieve industry leading support

What you need:

Required:

• •Bachelor's Degree
• •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Clinical Support or as an Application Specialist
• •Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred:

• •Joint Replacement or General Surgery product experience preferred
• •Experience in clinical, theatre work environment

Romania Pay Ranges:

Romania : L9.600 - L16.000 RON Gross Monthly
