Within our Avigilon Cloud Video Security division, we empower commercial enterprises and public sector institutions to deliver on the promise of a safer world by delivering our integrated safety and security ecosystem—combining cloud-native video security, AI-powered analytics, and access control technologies.

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven Cloud Video Specialist to drive demand and accelerate adoption of our Avigilon Alta cloud-native video security platform across Central California. In this role, you will act as a territory hunter, developing and executing strategic sales plans to prospect new end-user accounts across mid-market, enterprise, and public sector verticals.

You will partner closely with local, regional, and national channel partners and world-class Sales Engineers to articulate technical differentiators, deliver high-impact platform demonstrations, and close new business. From C-level executives to facility managers, you will build long-term relationships and apply solution-selling methodologies to surpass sales targets and expand our market presence. We believe that everything starts with our people, and we empower each Motorolan to bring their authentic self to innovate what's next. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued.

Partner Alignment & Pre-Sales Collaboration

  • Build local and regional channel partnerships to help design, configure, install, and support cloud video solutions
  • Partner side-by-side with Sales Engineers to deliver technical excellence across solution positioning, RFP responses, competitive analysis, and POCs
  • Provide end-users and channel partners with accurate configurations, solution pricing, and sales support to accelerate closing cycles

Executive Engagement & Pipeline Governance

  • Present and demonstrate software-defined security platforms to CISOs, physical security leaders, integrators, and executive stakeholders
  • Build executive-level relationships across key accounts to drive multi-year platform adoption and recurring SaaS growth
  • Track, forecast, and report pipeline activity accurately within Salesforce CRM to achieve or exceed sales quotas

Professional Experience

  • Enterprise & Public Sector Hunting to prospect, qualify, and close net-new business across mid-market, large enterprise, and public sector accounts
  • Channel Partner Collaboration to co-sell alongside integrators, consultants, and regional channel partners
  • Executive & C-Suite Communication to build trusted relationships and deliver technical presentations to CISOs, facility directors, and board members

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
