  • Position Summary
  • You will lead the planning integration between contract manufacturing organisations and GSK supply teams in the United Kingdom. You will align forecasts, capacity and inventory to keep supply reliable. You will work closely with planning, quality, regulatory and commercial partners to manage risks and deliver clear, data-driven plans. We value collaborators who act with clarity, care and practical problem solving.   • Responsibilities
  • This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
  • - Build and maintain integrated supply plans with CMOs and internal sites to meet demand and inventory targets.
  • - Identify supply risks and lead mitigation plans with planning, quality and regulatory teams.
  • - Turn planning data into clear dashboards, reports and actionable recommendations.
  • - Run cross-functional meetings and workshops to align priorities, timelines and escalation routes.
  • - Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement with CMOs to boost reliability.
  • - Prepare governance materials and progress updates for senior stakeholders and programme boards.

Why You?

  • Basic Qualification
  • We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • - At least 4 years’ experience in supply chain or production planning, including work with external manufacturers.
  • - Experience in a regulated environment with awareness of quality and regulatory impacts on supply.
  • - Practical skills with planning or reporting tools such as SAP, planning modules, Excel or Power BI.
  • - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
  • - This role is hybrid: based in the United Kingdom with a mix of office days and site or CMO visits as required.
  • Preferred Qualification
  • If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
  • - Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech contract manufacturing planning.
  • - Experience with S/4HANA planning modules or ERP transformation programmes.
  • - Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement training and practical use.
  • - Proven experience in risk management and contingency planning for supply.
  • - Experience creating governance materials for steering committees or senior sponsors.
  • - Track record of delivering change across sites and external partners.

Belgium Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – Belgique: EUR 81,000 to EUR 135,000The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
