Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n CNC-Dreher/in (M/W/D) für unseren Kunden im Raum Köln.

Sie sind motiviert, fleißig, gewissenhaft, zuverlässig und bringen Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen mit - dann bewerben sie sich bei uns!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten sowie Einrichten von Drehmaschinen (konventionell oder CNC-gesteuert) gemäß Arbeitsplan
  • Vorbereiten, Wechseln und Bereitstellen der benötigten Werkzeuge
  • Prüfen der Auftragsunterlagen
  • Anpassen, Durchführen und Einspielen von Programmänderungen
  • CNC-Programmierung zur Herstellung von Neuteilen
  • Ausrichten und fachgerechtes Einspannen von Halbzeugen
  • Starten, Überwachen und Steuern des laufenden Fertigungsprozesses
  • Melden, Analysieren sowie Beheben von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
  • Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Ggf. Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen inklusive Dokumentation
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Drehmaschinen nach Bedarf und Vorgabe

Ihre Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Steuerung Siemens 840D
  • Sie bringen Bereitschaft für die Schichtarbeit mit
