Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für unsere Tocherfirma Anton Fries GmbH eine/n CNC-Dreher/in / Zerspanungsmechaniker/in m/w/d (Drehtechnik).

Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Rüsten von CNC-Drehmaschinen (Mitsubishi, Mori Seike, Index) sowie im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen. Sie kennen sich mit der Handhabung von Mess- und Drehwerkzeugen aus.

Nach erfolgter Einarbeitung arbeiten Sie selbstständig an CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen (Siemens 840D/C, Solution Line).

Ihre Aufgaben als Zerspanungsmechaniker:

  • Bedienen von modernen Maschinen wie INDEX G200
  • INDEX C200 Speed Line, Mori Seiki NL2000, CNC-Dreh und Fräszentrum, G 200
  • Erstellen von Bearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Überwachung der Produktion
  • Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Umschulung als Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Flexibles Arbeiten an unterschiedlichen Maschinen
  • Kollegiales Verhalten
