Die PILZ GmbH ist ein kompetenter Partner im Bereich Metallverarbeitung. Als Lohnfertiger stellen wir unterschiedlichste Produkte nach Kunden Wünschen und Vorgaben her. Dabei reicht das Spektrum von Laserteilen über Kantbleche und Schweißbaugruppen bis hin zu Dreh und Frästeilen. Mit unserem modernen Maschinenpark und einer eigenen Konstruktionsabteilung gewährleisten wir beste Qualität auf höchstem Niveau.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Programmieren der Drehmaschinen mit Siemens Sinumerik/ShopTurn
  • Mechanische Bearbeitung von komplexen Bauteilen nach Zeichnung oder 3D-CAD-Daten
  • Qualitätssicherung unter Verwendung gängiger Mess- und Prüfmittel
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Maßkontrollen
  • Vermessen von Werkzeugen mittels Voreinstellgerät
  • Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder CNC-Dreher/in
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Drehen mit angetriebenen Werkzeugen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Siemens-Steuerungen
  • Ausgeprägte NC-Programmierkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbar und teamfähig
  • Übernahme hoher Eigenverantwortung und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
