Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Herstellung von Teilen nach Konstruktionsplänen (Hauptsächlich Einzelteilfertigung)
  • Herstellung von Teilen nach Muster
  • Programmerstellung und Optimierung
  • Vorhandene Programme rüsten und Maschine einfahren

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder damit vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse in der Bedienung der Haidenhain iTNC 530 Steuerung notwendig
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Visi CAM Programmiersystem
  • CAD/CAM Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung als CNC-Fräser (DMG oder Mikron Maschinen) und im HSC Fräsen
  • Kenntnisse im Hartfräsen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Siemens Steuerung vorteilhaft
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche sowie genaue Arbeitsweise
