Für die Standard-Fräsmaschinen werden erfahrene CNC-Fräser gesucht. Die Tätigkeit umfasst eigenständiges Programmieren, Rüsten und Fertigen von Bauteilen nach Zeichnung im Tagesbetrieb in einem sauberen und effizienten Arbeitsumfeld.

  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Programmieren von Einzelteilen oder Optimieren von CAM-Programmen auf 3- oder 5-Achs-Fräsmaschinen (Heidenhain iTNC 530/640)
  • Auswahl und Vermessung der Werkzeuge auf dem Werkzeugvoreinstellgerät
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirtschaftlicher Rüst- und Aufspannstrategien
  • Eigenständige Kontrolle und Messung der gefertigten Bauteile nach Zeichnung
  • Sicherstellung eines sauberen und effektiven Arbeitsplatzes
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in (Frästechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsen
  • Sicher im Programmieren auf Heidenhain iTNC 530/640, auch 4. und 5. angestellte Achse kein Problem oder Lernbereitschaft
  • Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an einem familiären Arbeitsumfeld
