Die REA Plastik Tech GmbH produziert hochwertige Komponenten für Kraftwerke, Luxusboote und Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Der Kundenkreis ist international ausgerichtet und konzentriert sich insbesondere auf die USA, Japan, Korea, Indien, Singapur, Italien und Polen. Ein Teil der Produkte wird direkt vor Ort beim Kunden installiert.

Die Erzeugnisse der REA Plastik Tech GmbH leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz und zur Luftreinhaltung. Daher kommen ausschließlich umweltverträgliche Materialien sowie saubere, ressourcenschonende Produktionstechniken zum Einsatz.

Der CNC‑Fräser bedient gemeinsam mit einem Assistenten fünf CNC‑Maschinen. Er verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse in der CNC‑Programmierung und ist in der Lage, die von der CAD‑Gruppe bereitgestellten Konstruktionszeichnungen in präzise Fräsprogramme umzusetzen.

Die Fräskonturen werden durch die CAD‑Abteilung erstellt, während die Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung der Fräsprogramme in der Verantwortung des CNC‑Fräsers liegt.
