  • Aufgabe:
  • Zu Ihren Haupttätigkeit zählen das Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von mehrachsigen CNC-gesteuerten Fräsmaschinen oder Bearbeitungszentren (z.B. 3-Achs / 5-Achs)
  • Sie stellen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung unter Einhaltung der Maßgenauigkeit her
  • Sie sind zuständig für die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Abarbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Sie richten und programmieren die Fräs-Bearbeitungszentren mit Siemens-Steuerung und CAD/CAM-System (GibbsCam) ein
  • Sie warten und pflegen die Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und Arbeitsmittel in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie besitzen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder ähnliches
  • Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen und in Programmierung (beides must have)
  • Sie haben ein stark ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
