  • Programmierung von Bumotec CNC-Dreh-/Fräszentren mit SolidCAM/SolidWorks
  • Rüsten, Einfahren, Optimierung und Pflege von Neu- und Serienaufträgen
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln sowie Anpassung von Maschinenparametern
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Prozessstörungen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplan
  • Dokumentation relevanter Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen, idealerweise Bumotec-Anlagen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SolidCAM/SolidWorks oder vergleichbare Software
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
