### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Pflege von CNC-Programmen sowie Postprozessoren mit Teamcenter/ Siemens NX/ Sinumerik 840D/ Sinumerik ONE
  • Festlegen der Spannkonzepte und Erstellen von Rüstanweisungen
  • Prozessinbetriebnahme von CNC-Programmen an der Maschine in enger Abstimmung mit den Maschinenbedienern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung von KI-Anwendungen in den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess, einschließlich der Erstellung geeigneter Maschinen-Prompts
  • Bestellung, Verwaltung, Digitalisierung und Standardisierung von Zerspanungswerkzeugen
  • Organisation, Dokumentation und Durchführung von Bearbeitungsversuchen
  • Einführung wirtschaftlicher Werkzeuglösungen in bestehende Fertigungsprozesse

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister/ Techniker / Ingenieur
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Programmierung, idealerweise mit Teamcenter /Siemens NX/ Sinumerik 840D/ Sinumerik ONE
  • Erste Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI (Bsp. ChatGPT) zur Optimierung von CNC-Programmen und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im BW-Team
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Systematische, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
