  • Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen über Solid CAM / Works
  • Analyse technischer Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Simulation und Testläufe von CNC-Programmen
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Produktionsprozess
  • Dokumentation der Programme, Aufspannpläne, Werkzeugpläne
  • Zusammenarbeit mit AV und Maschinenbedienern
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

  • Erfahrung mit CNC-Steuerung Heidenhain
