工作内容：

  • 开拓销售份额并提升顾客服务
  • 确保店铺提供优质顾客服务
  • 与店铺经理合作，计划和完成销售目标
  • 提供员工培训与发展
  • 管理货存并保持准确货存记录

任职资格：

  • 专科及以上学历
  • 5年及以上零售或奢侈品行业经验，其中2年及以上管理经验
  • 具备专业操守和领导才能
  • 能够解决顾客投诉的能力
  • 出色的协调组织能力和团队建设能力
  • 积极向上，能够承担压力，对工作热情并且能主动承担额外工作
