• As a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer, you’ll use your software engineering expertise and Dutch fluency to help improve the capabilities of advanced AI systems.
• You’ll evaluate how models reason through complex programming challenges across algorithms, architecture, development, infrastructure, and systems programming.
• The role combines hands-on technical assessment with linguistic evaluation, requiring you to communicate naturally and precisely in Dutch.
• You’ll challenge models with realistic software engineering scenarios, identify weaknesses, and document reproducible failures to improve future model performance.
• Your feedback will help strengthen AI reasoning, coding accuracy, technical communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
