• This is a hands-on commercial finance leadership role supporting the performance of a major business unit in Brazil.
• You will own financial planning, forecasting, modelling, reporting, and investment analysis to provide a clear view of business performance.
• Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other functions, you will turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• You’ll identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help guide decisions that support sustainable growth and profitability.
• The role also includes leading and developing a local finance team while strengthening financial discipline and operational processes.
• You’ll have significant autonomy and visibility in a fast-moving, multinational environment where your analysis directly influences business strategy.
