What You’ll Do

• •Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC refrigeration systems : walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, rack systems, ice machines as well as RTU’s, split systems, and chillers.
• •Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency
• •Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively
• •Follow all safety protocols and refrigerant handling guidelines
• •Communicate clearly with customers and recommend needed repairs or upgrades
• •Share your expertise to mentor junior technicians

What We’re Looking For

• •3–6+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration & HVAC service experience
• •Previous commercial kitchen equipment repair experience is a plus
• •Proven skill with diagnostics, repairs, and system performance optimization
• •EPA Type II certification required | OSHA 30 preferred
• •Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• •Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
