Position Overview

As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service refrigeration and HVAC systems for a variety of light commercial clients, including:

• •Retail stores
• •Office buildings
• •Mixed-use properties
• •Small commercial facilities

You’ll work closely with customers and our service team to ensure systems operate efficiently and service issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• •Minimum 5 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration service experience
• •EPA Certification preferred
• •Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• •Ability to respond effectively to service calls and equipment emergencies
• •Comfortable lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions
• •Valid driver’s license is required
• •Clean driving record and background check are required
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• •Professional attitude with integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic

Compensation

• •$30–$45 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• •No On-Call Schedule
