What You’ll Be Doing

• •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
• •Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues. Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines.
• •Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for:
• •Domestic water and sanitary systems
• •Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices
• •Drainage, waste, and vent systems

• •Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics.
• •Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.
• •Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications.
• •Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing .
• •Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes.
• •Skilled with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras .
• •Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• •Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.
• •Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• •Arizona plumbing license preferred , but not required.
