How You’ll Shine

In this sales-based role, you’ll represent Travel + Leisure Co as a Brand Ambassador in Busch Gardens. You will engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share the benefits of the vacation club experience, and invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

What You'll Do

• •Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• •Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• •Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• •Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• •Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings
• •Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends
• •Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually

What You’ll Bring

• •Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• •Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors
• •1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
• •High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $15.00/HR plus commission. After training, compensation includes an hourly rate at applicable minimum wage, plus commission.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $15.00 - $15.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
