• What You'll Do
• As a Compression/Encapsulation Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical and vitamin products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Operating and monitoring advanced tablet compression and capsule-filling equipment.
• •Setting up, loading, and unloading production machinery.
• •Performing equipment checks and monitoring product quality throughout production runs.
• •Troubleshooting basic machine issues and communicating opportunities for improvement.
• •Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
• •Contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• •Supporting the manufacture of products that positively impact consumers' health and wellness

Experience Levels Operator I

• •0–2 years of compression or encapsulation experience.
• •Great opportunity to build specialized manufacturing skills.

Operator II

• •2–5 years of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical compression/encapsulation experience.
• •Ability to operate equipment independently and support production efficiency.

Operator III

• •7+ years of compression/encapsulation experience.
• •Advanced machine operation expertise and leadership within the production environment
