Concierge Clerk

Description

This is a Full-time position that starts at $17.50 an hour.

Must be able to work some weekends and some holidays.

What You’ll Do

• •Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• •Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• •Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• •Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• •Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• •Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• •Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• •High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• •Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations) Employer will offer this training.
• •Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations) Employer will offer this training.
• •Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• •Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• •Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
