We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota . If you have experience with concrete construction, flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter work, finishing, forming, or general construction, we'd like to talk with you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• •Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• •Build and set concrete forms for foundations, sidewalks, driveways, and commercial projects
• •Perform concrete finishing, edging, jointing, and surface preparation
• •Operate and work around construction equipment and power tools
• •Read and follow project plans, measurements, and specifications
• •Maintain a safe and productive job site
• •Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• •Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• •Perform general construction labor as needed

Qualifications

Required

• •High school diploma or GED preferred.
• •Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• •Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• •Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• •Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred

• •Previous concrete construction, agricultural construction, or general construction experience.
• •Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and reinforcing steel installation.
• •Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and site plans.
• •Experience operating skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, or other construction equipment.
• •Knowledge of foundation construction and anchor bolt placement for grain bins or agricultural structures.
• •OSHA safety training or related certifications.

Physical Requirements

• •Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift throughout the workday.
• •Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in outdoor environments.
• •Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• •Ability to work extended hours during peak construction periods.
• •Ability to work on uneven ground and around heavy equipment.

Work Environment

• •Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• •Exposure to dust, noise, concrete materials, and construction equipment.
• •Frequent travel to customer job sites throughout North Dakota and Minnesota.
• •Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project schedules.
