  • Review site readiness, acceptance criteria, quality compliance, and required closure actions prior to handover.
  • Ensure completion, validation, and submission of handover documentation, acceptance reports, and site closure packages.
  • Coordinate with RAN deployment teams, operations teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to resolve handover-related issues.
  • Monitor handover milestones, pending actions, defects, and punch-point closure to support timely acceptance.
  • Provide clear handover status updates, risks, and mitigation actions during project governance meetings.
  • Support operational readiness and ensure smooth transition of accepted sites into production.

Your Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in RAN deployment, rollout, site implementation, or telecom network delivery projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Site Handover, Site Acceptance, and vendor PAT activities.
  • Solid understanding of RAN deployment processes, site lifecycle management, acceptance procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with major telecom vendors such as Nokia, Huawei, or Ericsson is highly relevant.
  • Ability to manage documentation, track milestones, resolve site readiness issues, and close pending actions.
