Your role

As a Payroll Advisory Consultant, you will work on the design of global payroll solutions, frameworks and processes. Your focus will be on architecture, strategy and improvements — not operational payroll processing. You will support global transformation projects and collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology teams to build scalable and compliant payroll models.

Your tasks

Design and improve global payroll solutions.

Translate business needs into clear payroll design recommendations.

Advise on compliance and regulatory considerations across regions.

Support global transformation and system implementation projects.

Cooperate with HR, Finance and IT teams on integrations and solution design.

Analyse requirements and prepare documentation for payroll solutions.

Monitor regulatory and market trends, as well as work with our partner ecosystem, to ensure future‑proof payroll design.

Contribute to cross‑country harmonisation initiatives.

Your profile

6–10 years of experience in payroll solution design or multi‑country payroll architecture.

Strong understanding of payroll technology, compliance topics and requirements of multi-country enterprise clients.

Experience working in global or multi‑regional environments.

Ability to translate business needs into functional payroll solutions.

Basic knowledge of HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle).

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.Fluent English.
