Contract Mammography Technologist

CompuRay Medical Staffing is hiring an ARRT(M) Mammography Technologist for a contract assignment with a welcoming outpatient imaging center in , IL .

This position is ideal for a technologist who enjoys a fun, professional outpatient environment and takes pride in providing excellent patient care and high-quality breast imaging.

Qualifications

ARRT (M) certification required

Current ARRT registration

Illinois license/authorization as required

Current BLS/CPR

Must meet all applicable MQSA, ACR, and ARRT mammography requirements

Mammography positioning and image-quality experience

Screening and diagnostic mammography experience preferred

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations

Provide accurate patient positioning and high-quality images

Follow established radiation-safety and quality-control procedures

Maintain documentation according to facility, ACR, MQSA, and ARRT standards

Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients

Work collaboratively with radiologists and the outpatient imaging team
