Contract Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Recruiter based in the United States.

• This is an ongoing remote recruiting opportunity supporting a client with specialized hiring needs in the dental industry.
• The role focuses heavily on proactive sourcing rather than simply reviewing inbound applications.
• You’ll identify and engage candidates with specialized experience across dental laboratories, restorative dentistry, implants, crowns, bridges, and digital dentistry.
• You’ll own early-stage recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening through initial interviews and candidate presentation.
• The position combines independent execution with close communication and regular feedback to the recruiting team and hiring managers.
• You’ll work with modern recruiting tools including LinkedIn, BreezyHR, Indeed, and other approved sourcing platforms.
• This is a flexible 1099 contractor engagement expected to average approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on hiring demand.
