This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contracts & Pricing Strategy, Associate Director based in United States.

  • This role leads integrated U.S. pricing and contracting economics across launch and product lifecycle planning.
  • You’ll translate broader contracts, pricing, and value strategies into actionable payer and PBM recommendations.
  • The position owns key gross-to-net and discount-rate processes supporting business planning and senior decision-making.
  • You’ll build sophisticated economic models covering commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, consumer, employer, and other channels.
  • Working cross-functionally, you’ll partner with Finance, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, Forecasting, and other teams.
  • The role requires strong analytical judgment, executive communication, and the ability to influence decisions across complex stakeholder groups.
  • This is a remote U.S. opportunity with significant visibility into pricing strategy, launch planning, and long-term portfolio economics.
