As a Contracts & Scheduling Coordinator at Perini Management Services, you will have the opportunity to:

Description:

Contract Administration Support

Assist with preparation, issuance, and execution of subcontract agreements and purchase orders

Review subcontract documents for completeness and inclusion of required exhibits

Track contract execution status and maintain contract logs

Coordinate collection and verification of subcontractor insurance certificates, bonds, etc.

Maintain electronic contract files and document management systems

Assist with preparation and distribution of subcontract change orders

Support project teams with contract correspondence and notices

Project Scheduling Support

Assist in developing baseline project schedules during preconstruction and project startup

Assist with periodic schedule updates through coordination with project teams

Generate look-ahead schedules and short-term planning reports

Assist in preparation of schedule narratives

Assist with change management, claims and TIA’s.

Maintain schedule documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on construction management, or project engineering
  • Ability to understand construction documents and develop scopes of work
  • Knowledge of general construction and federal government contracting requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a team environment with multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word primarily)
  • Working knowledge of Scheduling software a plus
  • Design-Build Experience is a plus
