  • Welche Aufgaben dich erwarten:
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts, Monatsreports, laufende Soll-Ist Analysen (Kostenrechnung)
  • Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Monitoring von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling Tools (BI) zu Reporting- und Planungszwecken
  • Erstellung von Unternehmenspräsentationen
  • Sparringpartner für die Geschäftsführung, das Management und Shopleitung
  • Teilnahme an Besprechungen mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Was wir von dir erwarten:
  • Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke & Präsentationssicherheit
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Unternehmensrechnung/Controlling von Vorteil
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, bestenfalls in einem Handelsunternehmen
  • sehr gute Controlling- & Kostenrechnungskenntnisse, Kenntnisse in der Budgetierung
  • strukturierte, eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter analytischer & strategischer Kompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Präsentationssicherheit
  • ausgezeichnete IT-Kenntnisse (insb. MS Excel, Powerpoint) sowie Erfahrung mit Controlling-Tools (BI-Tools)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
