Teilzeit 10-15 Stunden/Woche (spätere Stundenerhöhung möglich)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projektcontrolling & Kostenrechnung
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen, Forecasts & Budgets
  • Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Controllings
  • Abwicklung von Förderprojekten
  • Unterstützung der Buchhaltung
  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Excel-Auswertungen und Reporting-Tools

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Controlling/Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse in komplexen Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen und Datenanalysen
  • Kenntnisse in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) zur Automatisierung von Excel-Prozessen
  • BMD-Erfahrung von Vorteil
