ZUSTÄNDIGKEITEN / HAUPTAUFGABEN

  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung der Controllingsoftware Trialytix
  • Mapping von Bestandsprojekten in das System
  • Aufsetzen von neuen Projekten
  • User- und Rechteverwaltung
  • Training der Mitarbeiter
  • Erstellen von Controlling Reports
  • Unterstützung bei der Fakturierung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Kosten- und Preisstrukturen
  • Controlling von Projekten und Bericht an Geschäftsleitung und Projektleiter
  • Projektforecasts und Abrechnungen in Eigenverantwortung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Change Orders

QUALIFIKATIONEN / ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Bachelor in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Controlling und Kostenrechnung
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamgeist sowie offener und professioneller Umgang
  • Affinität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen elektronischen Systemen
  • Gute Excelkenntnisse
  • Einstieg während des Studiums ist möglich
  • Mindestens 60% Präsenz
