Als modernes Technologieunternehmen und Teil des japanischen Konzerns DAIHEN Corp. entwickelt, konzipiert, simuliert und realisiert die Femitec GmbH hochkomplexe Roboterschweiß- und Handlingsanlagen mit vorrichtungslastigen Umfängen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung der Funktionsbereiche bei der operativen und strategischen Steuerung
  • Konzernerfahrung und internationale Erfahrung
  • Mitwirkung bei Planungs- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Kostenstudien und Business Cases
  • Cash flow Planung
  • Standard-Reportings auf Tages-, Wochen- und Monatsebene
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Kommentierungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Methoden, Instrumente und Prozesse des Controllings

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit dem Kompetenzschwerpunkt Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Kenntnisse in Datev und MS-Office
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische Denkweise und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine systematische, ergebnis- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
