Aufgabengebiet

  • Business Partner und Sparringspartner für das Management einer oder mehrerer Ländergesellschaften
  • -Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung sowie Erstellung entscheidungsrelevanter Kennzahlen, Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • -Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, Reporting-Strukturen und Steuerungsinstrumenten mit Fokus auf BI, Automatisierung und KI
  • -Erstellung und Optimierung von Dashboards, Forecasts und Szenarioanalysen zur Unternehmenssteuerung
  • -Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung sowie Mitarbeit an strategischen und operativen Projekten

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Controlling-Erfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen, mittelständischen Produktionsumfeld
  • -Sehr gute SAP- (insb. CO), BI-, Reporting- und Planungstool-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • -Hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI sowie Freude an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Controlling-Instrumenten
  • -Analytische, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägter Managementorientierung
  • -Überzeugendes Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
