### Deine Aufgaben bei unseren Partnerunternehmen in Paderborn:

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Support bei strategischen Entscheidungen und Projekten
  • Überwachung von Kostenstellen und Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen
  • Ermittlung von Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Auswertungen für verschiedenen Abteilungen und das Management sowie die Geschäftsleitung
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen und Abweichungsanalysen

### Dein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Industriekaufmann/frau oder abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit einem ERP System
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
