Als Controller (m/w/d) bei Richter Biologics schaffen Sie die Transparenz, die unser Unternehmen benötigt, um nachhaltig zu wachsen und innovative Kundenprojekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Die Zuordnung der Position ist sowohl in Hamburg als auch in Bovenau möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Monatliches Reporting an das Sales Cluster DACH und den Mutterkonzern
  • Funktion als Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen bei verschiedensten Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit im Budgetprozesses und Erstellung unterjähriger Forecasts
  • Aufbau und Optimierung der bestehenden Controllinginstrumente- und Prozesse
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Berichte (u.a. Power BI)
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten und Ad-hoc Analysen

Wen wir suchen

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Controller (m/w/d)
  • Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Von Vorteil sind erste Erfahrungen mit SAP FI/CO Systemen
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
