### Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Analyse von regelmäßigen Reports und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets und Forecasts
  • Analyse von Kosten, Umsätzen und relevanten Unternehmenskennzahlen
  • Erstellung von Planungs- und Ergebnisrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Management- und Finanzreports
  • Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Kostenstellen und Kostenentwicklungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sowie dem Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten und -Prozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Sonderaufgaben im Controlling

### Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System, z. B. SAP
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
