\*\*Das erwartet dich:\*\*

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Budget & Forecasts für definierte Bereiche im Rahmen der Business Partner Rolle
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Planung in SAP (SAP CO, SAP CO-PA)
  • Gruppenweite Koordination, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Kostenstellenplanung inkl. des zugehörigen Planungstools
  • Gruppenweite Koordination, Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der Kosten- und Ergebnisrechnung:
  • Organisation und Pflege der Kostenstellen- und Kostenartenstruktur in SAP CO
  • Kostenstellen-Reporting / Plan-Ist-Abweichungen für Budget-/Kostenstellenverantwortliche
  • Gruppenweite Harmonisierung der Kostenstellen-Rechnung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Ergebnisrechnung in SAP CO-PA
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung interner Hartmann-Guidelines im Rahmen des Cost & Budget AccountingsKoordination und Betreuung des Investitionsmanagements inkl. des zugehörigen Hartmann Tools und Workflows, Schnittstellenfunktion zum Investitionscontrolling der Hartmann AG
  • Durchführung CO-Periodenabschluss
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projektteams

\*\*Das bringst du mit:\*\*

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Fokus Controlling oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägigen Weiterbildungen
  • Nachweislich tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich Cost & Budget Accounting
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den relevanten Aufgabengebieten
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 (insb. Module FI, CO, MM, SD, CO-PA) wünschenswert
  • Hohes Kostenbewusstsein
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
