They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting project deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to keep project stakeholders informed of issues and progress. Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset are also required.

- Specify, research, evaluate, and select special components.
- Prepare parts lists and manufacturing documentation, and follow up with production teams.
- Develop functional descriptions and project-specific manuals, and ensure completion of all project documentation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with gas turbine OEMs and/or service providers such as Siemens, GE Vernova (formerly Baker Hughes/GE), EthosEnergy, or Kawasaki.
