Position Summary / Job description
We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our onboard team.
Primary Responsibility of the Role:
Preparing dishes in collaboration with colleagues and in respect of designated recipes;
Performing duties under the guidance of superiors and following instructions;
Ensuring that preparation and presentation of food is up to the existing standards at all times;
Ensuring compliance with the latest ShipSan, HACCPand/or USPH regulations;
Ensuring the proper and safe use of equipment;
Ensuring that all logs of the station are updated as outlined in the Health & Hygiene Manuals;
Ensuring safe and clean workplace with focus on employee health and fire prevention;
Assisting with loading and inventory of supplies;
Performing other duties assigned by superiors.
