• •Pay rate: $26 - 27/hour

What You’ll Do

• •Prepare and execute high-quality menu items according to the Chef’s specifications.
• •Set up and stock your station to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• •Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage standards.
• •Assist with inventory and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• •Work closely with the culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• •Maintain consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous culinary experience preferred.
• •Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• •Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• •Food safety certification preferred.
• •Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• •Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• •Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• •Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• •Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
