Description

We are currently seeking an AM Breakfast cook

Scheduled hours will vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Weekends and holidays are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• •Cover label and date all food products.
• •Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of supervisors.
• •Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items including breakfast, room service, Grab and Go, and dinner menus.
• •Report out of stock items to the supervisor.
• •Prepare for the next shift, and ensure there is inventory.
• •Help set-up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.
• •Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
• •Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.
• •Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.
• •Assist with banquet preparation, as needed.

Requirements:

• •Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
• •Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• •Standing for long periods of time.
• •Understands the overall functions and machinery in a Kitchen
• •Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
